Pittsburgh at Cincinnati

The Pirates have had no success in their first two games of this series, dropping both of them. Last night was an 11 inning affair that was delayed by rain for over two hours, and both of these teams have to bounce back for a matinee today. That game saw 12 relievers used, so today's starters going deep will be the key, so I favor A.J. Burnett who has been a work horse over his career to be the guy that can do it for the Pirates. Anthony DeSclafani and his 6.27 ERA is a hard guy to trust going deep into a game, and lefties hit .333 against him last season. This will be the best shot for Pittsburgh in this series, and they closed last season faring well to low totals where they went 15-5 in their last 20 to a total of 7-8.5. Take the Pirates.
