The Philadelphia Phillies have arguably the most potent offense in the National League, but it does have some weaknesses, and that has been vs. left-hand pitching where they stand at just 2-5 on the season. Their last four losses to southpaws left the Phillies” offense stranded, producing just 5 runs in the four games. The Rockies are transforming into a pitching-based team already with four shutouts on the season, and have already seen the offense score 4 or less 16 times. The Phillies have failed to reach the total in five straight when posted from 9-10.5. I'll side with the UNDER in this one.
