LOSS

This may not be the same type of Penn team that was winning the Ivy League with regularity in past years, but it is a much improved version from the recent past. Zach Rosen at 18.1 points per game is capable to go off at any time as he has crossed the 1,500 point barrier for his career. They also can win on the road having posted a winning record away from home on the season. Dartmouth long found at the bottom of the Ivy League heap, finally won their first Ivy tilt vs. Brown but the fact remains this is a bad team (5-21 on the season). In expected low-scoring games, Penn thrives. The Quakers are a perfect 7-0 ATS on the road the past three seasons in games with a total set under 130. Dartmouth is 2-9 ATS the past couple of seasons at home in Ivy play. Three of Dartmouth's four Ivy tilts have topped the total, and five of their last six have now eclipsed the total as a home dog. Play this on Penn and the OVER here.
