Penn State at Georgia Tech

The Yellow Jackets have endured a lot of recent losses to the NBA and this season will again be affected by another player turning pro in Ra"Sean Dickey. Dickey had academic issues last year and decided he was going to play basketball in the Ukraine. That leaves the Jackets depleted as they have just one recruit to add to an already thin roster of players that managed just 15 wins a year ago. Close calls to Jacksonville, a 3 point win, and Mercer, an OT win, have to have their backers concerned. Penn St. enters here at 6-1 and have four starters returning with a couple showing significant improvements to their game, specifically Taylor Battle. Georgia Tech is the brand name here which squeezes a few extra points out of the books, but Penn St. is capable of being right there at the end of this one and they get the call.
