2nd pick: #1 (Shoeless Joe) (7-2) - His overall record stands at 23-1-3-10, but enters off a solid effort on May 10. He weakened late in that contest and was three back of "Raven" in his second off a 10-week freshening. He once again draws the rail and is a serious threat.
3rd pick: #6 (Alex El Guapo) (4-1) - He was an impressive maiden winner here on May 4, then raced both wide & evenly when checking in third in a mid-level starter-allowance. Each of those was at seven-furlongs, and he's dropping down and stretching out this afternoon.
4th pick: #2 (Prudent Investor) (5-1) - Speedy sort has actually won at this condition and distance, but was disqualified for "drifting out." Fits nicely here, and he should be involved from start-to-finish.
