Colt has a near bullet half-mile gate work (second best of 45) on the morning of Jan. 19 and that should have him razor sharp for this.
2nd pick: #7 (Tiznow a Titan) (5-1) - Seems to lack the needed "punch" at crush time, but does have some races on his resume that can have him finish in the money at a square price.
3rd pick: #1 (Just For me) (6-1) - He had no shot when debuting here on Dec. 22 when he fas "forced out" at the break and was never involved. Colt probably has more to give and he runs today with lasix added.
5th pick: #4 (Spanish Wildcat) (3-1) - Veteran maiden rallied to finish second here Dec. 22 in a contest common to several others. He's worked since and would benefit from a fast/and or contested pace.
