Oakland at Texas

Oakland has won six of its last eight and just won two of three against the Giants. Meanwhile, Texas managed a 5-0 win over Cleveland, but the Rangers still have lost seven of their last nine and sit firmly in last place in the AL West. Cole Hamels is having arguably his worst season as he owns a 5-8 record and 4.36 ERA and he has allowed 22 runs on 28 hits his last four starts in 17 innings pitched. Hamels is 1-5 with a 5.83 ERA at home and the Rangers have lost nine of his last 11 home starts and nine of his last 12 against teams with winning records. Also, Texas is 1-5 its last six home games and 0-6 after scoring at least five runs its previous game.
