New York at Baltimore

Like the Red Sox, the Yankees have had a losing track record over the past several years in the game immediately following a series with the Red Sox. Phil Hughes has tremendous potential, but he is yet to do more than to show glimpses of it. Hughes is 0-2 with a nine ERA, and the Yankee pen has been overworked by poor starting pitching the last two nights. Daniel Cabrera was sharp in his last outing and the O's are 3-0 thus far with him on the hill. The O's played the Yankees even last season spliting 18 games, but had the edge at home winning five of the nine played. We will back the O's here.
