Charlotte has been a very good team, and obviously, once again, Conference USA is a very good conference. The better team is getting points here and we'll take it. It looks like Charlotte is coming in struggling but they have lost to Lousiville and Memphis recently. Memphis beat them in the USA tournament, but Memphis was a very hot team towards the end of the season. NC State is 11-24 ATS as a road favorite since 1997 and they finished 7-9 in league play and favorites that can't even win in their own conference are terrible bets in the tourney. Go with Charlotte and the points for three stars in this tilt.
