Top pick: #7 (BARBARA PLEASE) - Louisiana-bred broke slowly last out facing much tougher and raced evenly while never really involved. That broke a string of three straight solid local efforts after coming back from an 80-day layoff on March 9th. Has good "off" track experience, drops down, and draws a nice outside post.
2nd pick: #5 (Sense of Urgency) - She showed nothing facing special weights here March 30th in her first start in three months and first for trainer Doug Johnson. Drops down tonight and it's very interesting that Deshawn Parker is getting aboard.
3rd pick: #3 (She's Lying Again) - Filly chased a long gone wire-to-wire winner last out and gamely held down the place spot. Race was her first at this price and her best to date. A repeat of it makes her a threat.
