LOSS

If Mississippi is going to cover this game, it is going to be up to their defense. Once again the Tide has an immovable defense that is allowing opponents all of 185 yards, and 5 points per game. It isn't that they haven't played anyone either, as Michigan and Arkansas managed just 203 yards against them. The Tide has now allowed just 43 total points in their last eight home games vs. FBS teams - half of those were SEC teams. The offense isn't too shabby either as they have averaged over 40 ppg. Ole Miss has a 3-1 record coming in but they were three easy wins vs. poor teams. In the only game where they were challenged (at home vs. Texas) the Rebels allowed 66 points. So, this one looks like it is going to get ugly early. The Rebels are just 7-15 ATS in their last 22 overall, and the Tide has gone 8-2 ATS in their last 10 in conference play. Under Nick Saban, Alabama is 16-5 ATS following a blowout home win by 17+ points. The rout is on, so play on Alabama.
