Minnesota at Detroit

The Detroit Tigers shouldn't be laying a big price even with Jordan Zimmermann on the mound. They have lost eight of their last 10 games with an underachieving lineup except for Victor Martinez and Nick Castellanos. Minnesota has won two straight after a horrible start to the season and Jose Berrios has shown signs that he can pitch in this league, striking out 19 batters in 14 2/3 innings this season. In his last appearance, Berrios allowed three runs in five innings against Baltimore before the Orioles got to him the third time around the batting order. Zimmermann had been one of the few bright spots for the Tigers, but even he has lost his last two decisions as the Tigers gave him little run support. Detroit swept the series against the Twins earlier this season and look for Minnesota to get revenge. Take advantage of a great price and play the Twins.
