The Minnesota Twins should get a better year out of Francisco Liriano as he has had time to build arm strength and recover from surgery. He has electric stuff, and should get closer to the unhittable pitcher he was before the arm woes. John Danks pitched nine times last season to a total of 8.5 and seven of the nine went UNDER the total. Danks had 22 starts last year allowing 3 runs or less, so chances are that the Twins will struggle for runs here. Danks has come back after a bad pitching outing to deliver as the Twins are 24-11 to the UNDER behind Danks after allowing 5+ in their last game. I'll go with the UNDER in this one.
