Milwaukee at Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh won its second in a row and eighth in 10 games with a 4-2 win over the Brewers on Monday. Gregory Polanco provided the spark when he doubled twice and drove in two runs for the Pirates. Ivan Nova has been their best starter this season with a 9-6 record and 3.21 ERA. He comes off a 4-2 win over the Cubs his last start before the All-Star break when he allowed just two runs on three hits in 6 2/3 innings. Nova has a 2.63 ERA at home and the Pirates have won five of his last six home starts. Junior Guerra comes off the disabled list after getting hit by a batted ball on July 7 when he gave up three runs in 3 1/3 innings against the Yankees. Guerra has a 5.59 ERA on the road and has allowed 13 earned runs his last 11 1/3 innings pitched. Pittsburgh has won six of its last eight against right-handed starters. Play the Pirates.
