Chicago's offense has shown some signs of life recently, but the Cubs still are 26-15 UNDER for the season, and today they face Chase Anderson, who is 2-0 with a 3.43 ERA. Both wins have come on the road, plus he has allowed only two home runs in 44 2/3 innings this year. In one appearance against the Cubs, Anderson gave up two earned runs in five innings at Wrigley Field on April 17. Jake Arrieta gave up three runs in seven innings in his one start against the Brewers on April 9. Milwaukee is playing without Ryan Braun, who is out with a calf strain, but the Brewers have been getting good pitching as they have allowed a total of only eight runs their last four games.
