Middle Tenn State at Auburn

The Auburn Tigers have upgraded their coach, and when they brought in Antoine Mason, last year's leading scorer nationally who transferred from Niagara, bigger things were projected for this club. The Tigers have fallen short of expectations at just 6-5 on the season, and Mason has only played in five games, and has not been nearly the scorer expected at 14 points per game and 38% from the floor. Middle Tennessee has been a top mid-major for the past couple of seasons. Although they are just 7-5 on the season, all five losses have come to good teams. Auburn has struggled against the better teams where they own a dismal 9-21 ATS mark in their last 30 against them. MTSU has enough talent and experience vs. good teams to come away with a win or at least close game here. Grab the points and back Middle Tennessee.
