Miami is well coached and plays aggressive defense, which you need this time of the season. Miami defeated three ranked teams, downing #6 North Carolina, #10 Duke and #18 Virginia, the latter on the road. The Hurricanes' defense held Virginia and Duke to 48 and 50 points. Syracuse has been erratic for much of the season. The Orange come off a blowout win but the team has failed to cover five straight following a win of 20+ points.
