Miami's offense is clicking under the new coaching staff, scoring 70, 38 and 45 points (51 points per game). Junior QB Brad Kaaya has been starting since his freshman season and has 49 TDs and 20 picks in his Hurricane career. He has a great target in freshman WR Ahmmon Richards (203 yards), averaging 22.6 yards per catch, and the offense is balanced with RBs Mark Walton (401 yards) and Joseph Yearby (256) both averaging over 7.2 ypc. Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson recruits speed for his option attack and senior QB Justin Thomas has a 33-16 TD/interception ratio in his career. Freshman RB Dedrick Mills has been productive despite facing a pair of powerhouse defenses in Boston College and Clemson. These offenses are experienced and potent. Georgia Tech is 10-4 OVER the total in October, plus 11-5 OVER following a straight-up loss. Last year the Hurricanes won 38-21 as QB Kaaya passed for 300 yards. Miami averaged 7.1 yards per play and put together a season-best 97-yard touchdown drive in the second quarter. G-Tech QB Thomas left early with an injury and the Yellow Jackets were forced to go with sophomore QB Matthew Jordan. They still rushed for 314 yards, 5.5 ypc, and this shapes up as another offensive show. Play this one to finish OVER the total.
