Miami at Toronto

Toronto essentially had three must-win situations in the series with Indiana and the Raptors managed to win all of them. Toronto finds itself in a similar predicament in the Eastern Conference semifinals as it tries to avoid going to Miami down 0-2 in the series. The Heat is in a letdown spot after nearly winning in regulation and then thanks to a halfcourt shot by Kyle Lowry was forced to win in overtime. DeMar DeRozan scored 22 points but it's been Jonas Valanciunas who's been the mainstay in the playoffs as he added 24 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. The Raptors still are waiting for a breakout game from cold-shooting Lowry, which could be the catalyst in a big win and cover tonight. Toronto has covered five of the last seven meetings and the Heat is 3-8 ATS over its last 11 road games overall. And, dating back to last season, Miami is just 15-27 ATS vs. playoff-caliber teams like Toronto (teams outscoring opponents by 3+ points per game). They are also 33-48 ATS over that span after an ATS win including 10-21 ATS if they have back-to-back ATS wins. On the flip side, the Raptors are 55-35 ATS under Dwane Casey after back-to-back spread losses. Take the Raptors as my NBA Playoffs Round 2 Game of the Year.
