The Spurs really miss Manu Ginobili, but two things have happened that will make them a better team now, and into the future. Tony Parker and Tim Duncan realize they have to step it up for now, so Parker drops 55 on the T-Wolves while Duncan connects for 30. The second thing is Roger Mason is becoming that critical third option as he dropped in 26 and has now been in double figures in all four games. You can be sure that the Spurs are going to be breathing venom here tonight. They have lost their first two home games on the season. When was the last time the Spurs dropped three in a row at home? It was on January 31, 2002! They have the longest current streak in the NBA without dropping three straight at home, which also includes the playoffs. Their streak is now 270 straight games! Miami was the worst team in the league last year and have played two of the NBA's worst teams on the road in New York and Charlotte, dropping both by an average of nine points per game. The Spurs keep the streak alive and win by double-digits.
