Miami at New York

New York tied the game in the ninth on Tuesday night when Michael Conforto belted his second two-run homer of the game. The Mets ultimately won it in the 11th when Brandon Nimmo walked with the bases loaded. The win kept the Mets from being eliminated from postseason play and tonight they go with Jacob deGrom, who has a 2.51 ERA on the season and he hasn't allowed more than a run in any of his last three starts. The Mets won all three, including 8-1 at Cincinnati on Friday when he shut out the Reds for seven innings. New York is 44-32 at home and the last-place Marlins are 25-51 on the road and Robert Dugger has yet to win a decision in six starts for Miami. The young right-hander gave up four runs in five innings his last outing versus Washington. The Marlins have also lost 12 of their last 14 at Citi Field. Play the Mets.
