Memphis at Detroit

Memphis is coming off a 125-88 blowout at home against Oklahoma City last night and now has no time to correct matters in a back-to-back situation at Detroit.  The Thunder shot nearly 60 percent from the field and 13-of-26 from beyond the arc. Meanwhile, the Grizzlies made 40.7 percent of their shots and just 3-of-14 three-point attempts. Mario Chalmers led his team with 19 points and Marc Gasol and JaMychal Green added 11 points each. At one time in the fourth quarter, Memphis trailed by 40 points. Stan Van Gundy is doing a great job resurrecting the Pistons' franchise, but Detroit lost 104-84 at Charlotte on Monday, shooting just 36.8 percent from the field. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 16 points and Ersan Ilyasove added 15 points and 13 rebounds. The Pistons had a field goal percentage of only .368 and .294 from three-point range. Detroit has shown an ability to bounce back from bad losses this season and had won four consecutive games before Monday. Detroit is 20-8 ATS after a loss dating to last season and 13-5 ATS after a straight-up loss. Teams that get embarrassed in their previous game tend to play well the next time out and we have two teams in that situation. Take the Pistons on the moneyline.
