LOSS

Louisville has plenty of talent on defense, but coach Bobby Petrino has had struggles with this offense. The Cardinals have yielded 43 sacks - more than any other FBS team. Petrino has also used three different players behind center, primarily freshman QB Lamar Jackson and Kyle Bolin. Louisville is 19-7-2 UNDER the total following a loss, as well as 9-1 UNDER against a team with a losing home record. Kentucky's defense will be fired up as this has been a make or break year for third-year coach Mark Stoops. At 5-6, they need a win to make a Bowl, on a 6-4 run UNDER the total. Stoops is hoping to snap Louisville's three-game winning streak in the series and will demand a great defensive effort. But Kentucky's offense has had all kinds of problems in winning the line of scrimmage and scoring points, averaging just 17 in eight conference games. It will have its hands full on Saturday trying to protect rookie QB Drew Barker from a nasty Louisville front seven comprised of DE Sheldon Rankins, NT DeAngelo Brown and linebackers Trevon Young, Devonte Fields, Keith Kelsey and James Burgess. Kentucky is 5-1-1 UNDER the total against a team with a winning record. And when these rivals clash on this field defense has ruled of late at 3-1-1 UNDER at Kentucky. This one stays UNDER.
