Oakland has posted an awesome 11-2 record so far in June and I like them tonight. Barry Zito is 7-3 with a 3.53 ERA. He's 30-8 as a home favoritge of -150 or higher. Brett Tomko has an 0-3 record and 12.00 ERA over his last three starts. The A's are off two thrashings of Seattle in which they outscored the Mariners 16-8. The Dodgers have pounded left hand starters this season to the tune of 6.7 runs per game. But, they are only 6-7 in those games and this is no normal left-hander. Zito holds his own and Oakland wins this one.
