Los Angeles at Kansas City

The LA Chargers have played so many close games over the past few seasons, and just could not break through. They have finally broken the spell and after an 0-4 start that saw three of the four losses come by three or fewer points, they have won seven of nine. The Philip Rivers offense has come to life, averaging 32.8 points per game in their last four. The Chiefs have been the polar opposite, winning their first first then proceeding to drop six of seven prior to winning last week. The Chiefs games have averaged nearly 48 points per contest. Last year these teams played a shootout in a 33-27 Kansas City win in overtime, and with both teams finally feeling good about themselves, I expect a similar game. Play on the OVER.
