A pair of bad defenses teams clash in sunny Miami. Oakland has star QB Derek Carr back and a slew of offensive talent to work with, but this young defense continues to struggle, allowing 30 and 34 points the last two games. The Raiders rank #25 defensively in yards allowed, #22 against the run. They've allowed 30+ points in three of the last four games, 16-6-1 OVER the total after getting 350+ total yards the previous game. They face a Miami defense that lacks linebackers who can cover and is getting worse, allowing 28 and 40 points the last two contests. Miami's offense has decided to junk the ground attack, trading RB Jay Ajayi this week, and QB Jay Cutler gets 6-foot-4 playmaking WR DeVante Parker back. Parker has missed the past three games, and essentially the last four games considering he injured his right ankle three plays into the Tennessee game. The Dolphins are 9-4 OVER against the AFC and when these teams clash, the games have gone four straight OVERs. Finally, any NFL offense averaging 4.8 or less yards per play is 46-16 OVER the total.
