While they are improved offensively, at least so far, this is a team that has allowed 28 points per game over the last five years. So far this season, that number is  28.7 ppg. The Bears are 0-3 and looking to avoid their worst start since 2002. This comes down to making the tough gut wrenching play, as the bears are a hard pill to swallow for bettors right now, but they do apply to home dog situation that is 69-42 ATS. Play the home team in this one and go with Chicago.
