James Madison at Elon

James Madison took their lumps in the 2013 season, as they finished just 11-19, but they had a young team with potential, and it is starting to pay off. They are off a 2014-15 campaign that saw them notch a credible 19-14 mark, but have taken it to the next level this season opening at 15-5. The Dukes look like they can finish with more wins than any other team in the program for more than a decade standing. They will take on the Elon Phoenix on the road, as they attempt to extend the winning streak to 5 games. Elon has built a 12-8 record with a lot of early easy wins, and have found the going a lot more challenging as the games become more competitive, and stand 1-3 in their last four, just a one-point win away from being 0-4. The Phoenix are not a good shooting team, and the Dukes know how to clamp down on the defensive end, holding 8 of their last 10 opponents to under 40%, the difference here. Play on James Madison.
