This is a true revenge game for Iowa, which lost a heartbreaker, 21-19, to Penn State last year as a 13-point underdog. The Nittany Lions have not covered their last two games, both as a double-digit favorite, and they actually lost outright to Michigan State two weeks ago before edging Indiana 33-28 as a 14-point favorite.
