Indiana vs. Kansas

Kansas returns three starters from a 33-5 team and adds the #1 prospect in the country in Josh Jackson. Perry Ellis is gone, but coach Bill Self is relying on Carlton Bragg to step up after playing nearly nine minutes per game last season. Frank Mason III and Devonte Graham will anchor the backcourt and 7-foot freshman Udoka Azubuike is expected to make an immediate impact for the Jayhawks. Indiana finished 27-8 and won't have guard Yogi Ferrell after his four-year stint at the school, but Josh Newkirk is expected to be a capable replacement and James Blackmon Jr. will help out if he can fully recover from ACL surgery. The Jayhawks appear to be in better early form as Indiana may take a while to come together as a team. The Hoosiers could keep this one close but the Jayhawks come out with the win.
