Indiana State at Belmont

The Belmont Bruins have come into the spotlight over the past few seasons. They have taken down some good teams, and have been a solid lower-tier school. They already played up in competition at Richmond, and lost by just 8 points on the road. While they lost their top three scorers from last season, the replacement pieces and holdovers have been good, and they have four players averaging 10+ points to start the season. Indiana State won at home against Ball State, but fell short of the line, and did not play up to the level where the oddsmakers have placed them. The Sycamores have a lot back from last year's 18-win team, but that team did not win any of their last seven on a neutral court, or on the road, and are just 1-10 ATS in their last 11 as a seemingly overrated team. Go with Belmont.
