Idaho State at Portland State

The Idaho St. Bengals have had a trying season at just 7-20 and have won just once on the road. However, a 1-10 start vs div-1 teams has become a 5-10 stretch over their last 15. They have been a lot more competitive with three of the losses coming by three points or less. One of those wins came at home vs this same Portland St. team. The Vikings have taken a turn in the opposite direction. They went on a 9-8 stretch only to drop five straight coming into this one and have only managed to cover two of their last seven on their home court. The Bengals have covered four of their last five after an ATS loss and will play with confidence here after beating the Vikings earlier. This one is closer than it looks. I'll go with Idaho St. here.
