Houston at Western Kentucky

The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers have had some top teams over the last decade, but this is not one of them. The Hilltoppers have dropped six of eight in the lowly Sun Belt Conference, and have been held in the 60s by some pretty defenseless teams. The Cougars, meanwhile have held some much better teams from C-USA in the 60s or less in five of their last seven and in their last two, the Cougars have not gotten out of the 50s. The Cougars have followed their last eight losses with seven UNDERs, and the Hilltoppers have now gone 9-1 to the UNDER in their last 10 at home as a small favorite of up to 6.5. These teams are struggling to find offense right now, and this one is pretty steep for the situation, so I'm going with the UNDER here.
