Houston at Texas

Justin Verlander goes today to secure the series win vs. the Rangers. He's been stellar again this season, going 10-4 with a 2.98 ERA. Ariel Jurado (5-4 with a 4.23 ERA) is simply no match, especially considering that the Astros have been destroying division pitchers to the tune of 5.9 runs per game this season. Texas can certainly score too, but, hey - Verlander (who is 7-2 on the road). Dating back to last year, Houston is 63-28 on the road vs. AL teams that bat .260 or worse (Texas is hitting .254). Over that span, they are also 70-27 as a road favorite of -125 or more! Take the Stros to finish strong.
