Houston at St. Louis

The Houston Astros may not be as bad as their 0-7 start would indicate, but there is no doubt this team is struggling mentally right now to produce runs. Their manager has even taken note of how the entire team is pressing at the plate. To put it in perspective the Astros have a grand total of 14 RBI as a team, while Albert Puhols has 14 all by himself for the Cards. Astros are now 15-5 to the under after scoring two or less, so that certainly isn't the remedy.  They are also 32-19-3 to the UNDER after an off day. Cards stand in at 38-18-2 to the UNDER in their last 58 as a home favorite. I'll go with the UNDER here.
