Has the inside, good positional speed, and Valenzuela is back aloft after a two race absence. Filly finished 2nd for him on Feb 18 and she can win this at a square price.
2nd pick: #5 (Meltarib) - She was bet in both her starts this past January at Santa Anita and finished 2nd in a race "down the hill" on the 23rd of that month. On the sidelines for 3 1/2 months grey filly is a threat this evening.
3rd pick: #12 (On Your Mark) - She was much improved April 7 in her first race since debuting in late Jan. Filly saved ground early, swung out turning for home, and rallied to finish 4th. Draws a tough post but can factor in this spot.
4th pick: #4 (Tiz Zoe) - Daughter of "Tiz now" rallied from far back to run 2nd in her debut April 7 and is an obvious threat tonite for a barn (Marty Jones) that wins at a 23% rate 2nd time out.
