Moves back to the turf where she's winless, but her two best efforts have come on this course. Has a fast local work and strong finisher should get a solid pace to rally into. The top pick in a tough race.
2nd pick: #5 (Spanish Bunny ) - Also trained by Abrams, filly looked good breaking her maiden at Del Mar on Sept. 2, and is working well for her first try facing winners. Improving and she has enough speed to be in this from start to finish. A contender at a nice price.
3rd pick: #7 (Laura Beasley) - Improving filly broke her maiden at Del Mar on July 24, then finished fourth and $84K stakes there a month later. Working well for this and she's run three competitive races on this course without winning. Must be left in the win mix.
4th pick: #10 (Taxi Ride) - Has good early speed, and races third back off a 5 1/2 month layoff. In a good barn (Rick Mandella), and she's working well for this attempt. Filly should be in this from the start.
