Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #4 (PASSPORT TO CHAOS) (4-1) - Colt has been freshened up for the past two months. He's dropping in class and is from a winning barn (Jay Servis). Son of 'City Zip' ran well facing tougher Nov. 23 at Aqueduct in his first on the turf. Gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #6 (Wilshire Star) (7-2) - He missed by a 'neck' here Dec. 29 facing slightly weaker. Claimed that day by the Canadian based barn of Nick Gonzalez, he brings him back quickly and raises him $10K in value.
3rd pick: #7 (K L S Forty Three) (5-2) - Another that's dropping down, he missed by a 1/2 length here racing for a $50K tag Nov. 17. In his follow up start Dec. 9, he raced both wide and evenly from a tough outside post (11 of 12). The drop and the better draw makes him a strong win candidate.
4th pick: #8 (Sanfilipo) (6-1) - Colt is racing second back from a 2.5 month break and is dropping into a claimer for the first time. He has a bit more early speed than most and can factor at a square price.
