Top pick: #4 (HULA GIRL) (3-1) - Filly has been competitive on both dirt and "poly" and will be making her first appearance on the turf. One-run type is bred for the surface and comes into this off a close up third-place finish here at this tag and trip on the all weather surface Aug. 23. She's been bet heavily in all three outings and Russell Baze is back on the re-ride.

2nd pick: #3 (Suite One) (5-2) - Dangerous Del Mar shipper is taking a big drop in class, moving from "poly" to grass, and stretching out in distance. She raced evenly facing tougher just eight days ago and is a strong win candidate.

3rd pick: #6 (Pulpit Hanna) (4-1) - Grey filly disappointed at the Santa Rosa fair on Aug. 10 and will be stretching out in distance and moving from dirt to grass. Russell baze has been aboard in her first pair and abandons her for "Hula Girl." Daughter of "California Chrome's" sire "Lucky Pulpit" probably has more talent than shown to date.

4th pick: #5 (Colored Crayon) (7-2) - She had the rail in a big field first out and moved to the 10-post in her second start. Filly showed some improvement in her latest and is bred to love the turf.
