Detroit at Portland

Detroit has played very well on their recent west coast road trip making a mockery of the Lakers before pulling away late from the Warriors. But, Portland may have the perimeter game and the guard play to beat the Pistons tonight. The Pistons are very adept at controlling the tempo and it will be up to Stoudamire and Van Exel to prevent that from happening here. Portland is 7-1 ATS in home games after scoring 85 points or less this season. The Pistons will get lazy at some point during their road trip and this looks like a potential trap game with an upcoming tilt with the Suns on the horizon. Four stars on the Trailblazers plus the points.
