Detroit at Philadelphia

Philadelphia had a six-game winning streak snapped in a 4-1 loss to Los Angeles on Monday and now the Flyers have a good opportunity to start another streak at home against Detroit. The Red Wings are 1-10 their last 11 meetings at Philadelphia and the home team has won 19 of the last 24 meetings.  Also, the Wings have lost seven of their last eight against teams that scored two or fewer goals their previous games. Detroit has lost 10 of its last 13 games overall and is 18-40 against the Eastern Conference dating to last season. Brian Elliott is 12-7-6 with a 2.66 goals-against average for the Flyers and he had won six in a row prior to Tuesday's loss. Look for Philly to get back on the winning track and play the Flyers.
