WIN

Detroit finally grabbed a win last game after eight tries as they beat Lester and the Red Sox. Can they all of a sudden put together back-to-back good games? We don't think so. Not against a motivated Red Sox club that doesn't want to lose this series. The fact remains that the Tigers are averaging just 2.7 runs per game this season and they are hitting .227 on the road. Boston can tee off on Nate Robertson who had a rough go of it in his first outing last Friday. With Robertson on the mound, the Tigers are just 9-22 against the run line the past two seasons. Boston has a better than .500 record at home to the -1.5 run line which at these odds spells value.
