(# 1) BROAD RIVER - Son of Broad Brush broke his maiden in handy fashion last out in race that was washed off the turf course. Showed some promise at two, and colt went to Florida with the Graham Motion barn. Tried the infield twice and had poor post positions in both, yet still ran well for a lightly raced runner. I think he's coming into his own and draws the inside post today.

( # 7) Leading On - He makes his first turf start under his "new" trainer Michael Matz after being shifted to his barn after the Gulfstream meeting. Was formerly with Allen Jerkens. Two dirt tries here at Delaware are good and Matz shifts him back to the grass today and that's where his only win has been.

(# 13) Lear Heights - Talented turf runner hasn't run since last season. Has some ability and if he scratches in, he could prove dangerous if ready off the layoff.

(# 5) Singing Rock - Florida invader brings a nice string of turf starts to this party. Has a new trainer in Maria Pasqual, and this runner come north in very good form.
