(# 10 ) FLIP THE PENNY - Speedy sort should be involved from the get-go in this contest. Draws nicely and may only face token opposition early on. Latest work over this brand new surface is too good to ignore, in fact it's a great drill, four furlongs in: 47.2 (2nd of 62).

(# 4) Markmegood - Possibly "bounced" in his second of the season after running very well in initial race of 2007. Was competitive in several races at two last year, and think he'll rebound today.

(# 7) Wings Of Freedom - Connections won yesterday's second race with a similar looking individual. Improved from first to second start, and drops down in class for this. Figures put him squarely in this at the end.

(# 6) Warren's Ruler - Showed some speed at two last season, and notice that Gryder, Court, and Pedroza all tried they're hand with this colt. Worked well before the comeback try at Hollywood, and showed speed from a poor post (11). Should move forward in start two of the season.
