(# 1) TRANSVALL SCOTTISH - Claimed by Mike Puype last out, this son of Proud Citizen has raced well and finally hit the board in start number three whe he was dropped into a maiden claimer for the initial time. Was given three weeks off after the claim, and he has a trio of works in this month for the return for the new connections.

(# 10) Mix - Trainer Miller had a winner on the opening card. This Cal-bred by Menifee, drops in value for this, and trainer removes the blinkers after a one race experiment. Latest work over this brand new service is fine, and apprentice Talamo takes the mount.

(#' 3) Swiss E. - Fields most experienced runner, showed good speed in last when dropped into a claimer for the first time. Son of fine sire Swiss Yodeler has a nifty work at Hollywood for this.

(# 8) Papa Nino - Gelding was with the first flight of runners in debut and he raced in traffic besides. Predictably tired thereafter. Natural improvement in start number two, especially in mostly an unraced group, may land him a slice.
