Premium Pick

Top pick: #4 (PEACENLUVPEACENLUV) (3-1) - One of two entered with racing experience, he raced close up to a swift pace and finished evenly when debuting at the short Los Alamitos meet on July 6th. He's worked since, drops down a bit, and trainer Pete Miller (20% second out) is off to a fine start at this competitive session.

2nd pick: #5 (Bandido Too) (4-1) - Debuting Colt is in a capable first out barn (Tim Yakteen) and this son of "Offlee Wild" has some sharp gate works at Santa Anita on view.

3rd pick: #7 (Sacred Temple) (2-1) - The other runner with experience, broke on top in his well-bet debut, set the pace until the final 1/16th, and held to finish second. The Kitchingman barn has given him seven weeks to recover and Indiana bred colt is a threat at a short price.

4th pick: #6 (Arigato) (6-1) - Trainer Mike Pender usually points towards this meet and has won with two of four starters to this point. This colt's works are mostly average but he had a sharp 3-furlong gate breeze at Santa Anita on May 17th.
