Dallas at Los Angeles

The LA Kings have played at a high level for quite some time, going back to their Stanley Cup win last season. They did lose their first two games of the season, but then got back on track with six straight wins. The wheels have since fallen off as we see even the best of teams have to endure a bad stretch, and the Kings are in one now at just 2-6 in their last eight games. The Stars will be out to revenge a 3-1 home loss at the hands of the Kings, and may mentally be ready to do so as they ended their own seven-game losing streak with a much needed win their last time on the ice in Arizona. The Kings have faltered after a defensive breakdown as they have dropped four straight after allowing 5 goals or more in their previous contest. The Stars are one of few teams having success in LA as they are 5-2 in their last seven trips, and are catching LA in the midst of a struggle. Go with Dallas.
