Connecticut at Tulane

This matchup has the look of a very ugly game as 1-4 Connecticut will take on 1-4 Tulane. The UConn Huskies have yet to beat a FBS team this season, but they will get their best shot against Tulane. Both of these teams have been killed by sloppy play with Tulane throwing 9 INTs on the season, and UConn's offense has allowed opponents to score 30 points in their last three games. The turning point in this game is the Huskies' defense, which despite having to spend too much time on the field, has been great, limiting opponents to 330 yards per game at #26 in the country, and they have faced BYU and Boise State. I just don't see Tulane being able to move the ball here as the Huskies are allowing just 3.1 yards per carry, and Sherman Badie is going to be keyed on. The Huskies' 8-3-1 ATS mark in their last 12 on the road vs. a team with a losing home record says they travel well, and get it done here.
