The Winnipeg Jets have had a strong season and there have not been many difficult stretches until now. Over their last 10 games, the Jets have gone just 5-5 and have been challenged as much as they have all season. Aside from a six-goal win, they have been outscored by six goals in the other nine contests. The Avalanche have fallen on even tougher times as they have dropped eight straight games. Three of the Jets' five wins have come by a single goal and I think the Avalanche are hungry enough to pull off the surprise here. Play on Colorado.
