Cook has owned the Padres. Cook has pitched five shut-out innings this season, and has a career 10-4 mark with a nifty 2.73 ERA over his career against the Padres. Dirk Hayhurst has been used mostly as a reliever, and in his only start allowed three runs in just four innings. The Rockies are on the move, with their best pitcher, against a rookie that has seen most of his work out of the pen. We like the Rockies on the runline here.
